Correct. You can sign up, import your families, invite your team, and use OurChurchCare for 30 days without entering a payment method. At the end of the trial you choose a plan, or your account simply lapses. No charge, no awkward cancellation.

Yes. Cancel from your account page whenever you like. Monthly plans end at the next billing date. Annual plans end at the end of the year you paid for. You can export all your data at any time before or after canceling.

No, and we built it that way on purpose. OurChurchCare works alongside Planning Center, Breeze, Tithely, ChurchTrac, and whatever else you already use. Your ChMS manages membership records, giving, and events. OurChurchCare manages the personal-contact layer, making sure your deacons and care team actually reach every family and log every visit.

Your data is yours. You can export your full family list and contact log as a CSV at any time from the app. We don't hold your data hostage behind a cancellation wall.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account page at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle you're charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
