By creating an account and using OurChurchCare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including church administrators, staff, and volunteers.
OurChurchCare is a cloud-based platform that helps churches track family contact information, manage outreach assignments, and log communications. The Service is provided on a subscription basis following a free trial period.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@ourchurchcare.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each account is associated with a single church organization. You may not share accounts between separate organizations.
After your 30-day free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through the billing portal at Account → Manage Subscription.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use — managing church family outreach. You may not:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including family contact information and communication logs. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that results in temporary downtime and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned outages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Account Settings page. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurChurchCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify account administrators by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
