What's New

Staff and volunteers can now mark a contact log entry as confidential when logging a contact. Confidential notes are only visible to church admins and the person who wrote the note. Other team members see a lock badge in place of the note text and cannot edit the entry.

- Check the Confidential checkbox when logging or editing a contact to restrict who can see the note
- Your own confidential notes are always visible to you
- Church admins can see and edit all confidential notes

Connect your Planning Center account from Settings → Integrations
Preview households before importing — see what's new vs. already in your list
Imports family name, contact info, address, and individual members
Duplicate detection skips families you've already added
Read-only access — nothing is changed in Planning Center
